Services

Below are just a few of the calligraphy services I offer: from envelope addressing and place cards to spot files for social media graphics and marketing campaigns. When it comes to lettering, there really are no limits, though — I am always excited about new and creative projects, and I’d love to help you add a personal, one-of-a-kind touch to whatever you’re working on through custom lettering.

“When we need concise, cool, crisp calligraphy we call on Jess. Her response time and her willingness to be creative and support our out of the box ideas are second to none.”

Styles

I currently offer six styles, each named for an iconic Real Housewives favorite of mine.

I look at every project as an individual chance to get creative — we can absolutely play with orientation (left-justified, written on a slant, etc.) and layout, especially with envelopes. Before we get started, I’m happy to take a look at your creative direction or existing stationery to help you make a selection that will work best for your overall look.

  • The Grande Dame

My original script, named for beloved Potomac ‘wife Karen Huger, is a contemporary classic that works for all sorts of aesthetics.

  • The Morgan

After a brush with Sonja Morgan you’ll never forget her. This style is loose, playful, and done with a brush for a fun, artistic vibe.

  • The Richards

Streamlined and clean, The Richards (named for all three iconic Richardses on Beverly Hills) is fashion-forward and perfect for bold and modern projects.

  • The Beauvais

Named for Beverly Hills queen Garcelle, she’s multi-faceted: chic and a little fancy, but still down-to-earth and statement making.

  • The Dillard

Named for Candiace Dillard, this style is simple and chic — like the fancier version of jotting out a love note. It’s all lowercase and all ease.

  • The Burruss

The ultimate multi-hyphenate style, named for Kandi — The Burruss is my personal favorite and is crisp, cool, and inimitable.

On-Site Concierge Services

Certain projects — whether they have complicated moving pieces, rentals, or shorter planning timelines involved — are easiest to execute if I come on-site during the event weekend.

I am always excited to work on-site if schedules allow. For more information, send me an inquiry below or email me directly at hello@jessica-mcsweeney.com.

Kind Words From Collaborators
“Having Jess come to our events for on-site calligraphy has made a world of a difference for several of our events. As a designer, it can sometimes be difficult to articulate the exact design or idea that we have in our minds, so being able to explain that to Jess in real time on the event day has proven to be really successful and ultimately delivers a better product for our clients.”
